First Tee West Texas is looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a Golf Operations Crew Member. This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and daily operations of the facility. Evening and weekend availability is required, and this position includes key holder and closing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain proper moisture levels on greens during summer months
Fill, maintain, and monitor the driving range ball machine
Wash, organize, and stock range balls
Clean and refill water coolers throughout the facility
Empty trash cans and help keep the property clean and presentable
Pick up trash and debris throughout the golf course and parking lot
Keep basket areas, cart areas, and operation spaces neat and organized
Assist with light golf course maintenance including weed eating, divot repair, and general upkeep
Assist with closing procedures and securing the facility at the end of shifts
Perform other duties as needed

Pay range: $11–$15 per hour depending on experience
Previous golf course, landscaping, or maintenance experience is helpful, but not required.
