Seasonal Greens Maintenance Staff
Newton Country Club – Newton, NJ
Newton Country Club, a private, member-owned 18-hole course, is seeking full-time Seasonal Greens Maintenance Staff to join our team for the remainder of the golf season.
Seasonal position through late November (post-Thanksgiving layoff)
Job Responsibilities:
Mowing greens, tees, and fairways
Bunker raking and maintenance
Course cleanup and debris removal
Proper use and care of turf equipment
Assisting with other golf course maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
Early morning availability (typically starting before sunrise)
Weekend availability required
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Opportunity for rehire in Spring 2026
Prior golf course or landscaping experience a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
