About the Role
• *Total Turf Golf Services Inc, located at 1965 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006, phone number: +1 (215) 366-7155, is seeking 10 temporary full-time landscape laborers to work at 77 Great Valley parkway, Malvern, PA 19355. From April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Maintain turf and grounds keeping turf of golf courses in playing condition; grade turf areas; apply lime/fertilizer; mow rough/fairway areas; cuts turf; assist with sprinkler head system; lay sod; dig/rake ground; grade/clean traps; plant/trim trees/shrubs; mulch; aerate; use hand tools/equipment. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks by hand, such as sod laying, mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, planting, watering, digging, raking, sprinkler installation and repair. May operate power tools and landscape equipment such as mowers, blowers and edgers, however most work performed using manual hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and shears. All work is performed outdoors during all types of weather conditions.**
• *Job Requirements**
• *No prior education is needed; however, 3 months of landscape experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided. Work is physically demanding and requires strength, endurance, and agility. Workers must be able to lift and carry heavy loads, operate equipment on icy or uneven ground, and perform tasks like bending, twisting, and shoveling for extended periods. They must also tolerate harsh outdoor conditions, including cold, snow, and wind.**
• *Salary/Wages/Benefits**
• *$19.86 an hour weekly, or approximately 60 hours per week, up to 10 overtime hours may be offered, however are not guaranteed. From Monday to Friday, 7:00 A.M to 5:30 PM. Applicants may be offered more than advertised. The wage rate may vary based on experience and/or merit. $29.80/hr for overtime. All deductions from the worker's paycheck will be made as required by law. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages and pay weekly by check. Any advances will be deducted with the consent of the employee. **
• *Employer deducts reasonable fair market value cost of rent/utilities based on number of occupants for workers electing to reside in employer provided housing (cost TBD). Employer provides incidental transportation between worksites as necessary. Use of transportation is voluntary. **
• *In the first workweek, the cost of transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be directly reimbursed to every worker. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. In the first workweek, daily subsistence for travel to the place of employment will be reimbursed at a rate of at least $16.28/day to a maximum of $68.00/day with receipts. Also, workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers without charge or deposit charge for all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.**
