Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Club General Manager to lead and oversee all facets of club operations. Duties
Oversee all daily operations of the country club, including food and beverage services, golf course management, clubhouse amenities, and member / guest relations
Supervise and manage hospitality teams across departments, ensuring adherence to service standards and fostering a positive work environment
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance member satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency
Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee financial operations including revenue management, expense tracking, and property management
Coordinate with human resources to recruit, train, evaluate performance, and retain talented team members
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, and legal requirements across all departments
Foster a culture of exceptional customer service by managing member relations and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Experience
Proven supervisory experience within hospitality or resort environments with a background in country club operations
Extensive knowledge of hospitality management principles including revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and financial operations
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing across multiple departments while promoting teamwork and high performance
Strong managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage members effectively
Experience handling project management for facilities and equipment
