What You Will Be Doing We are seeking a dynamic Product Line Manager to lead the global strategy for Club Glove, driving innovative, consumer-led product solutions that deliver against revenue, margin, market share, and brand objectives. This role owns the end-to-end product roadmap from concept through commercialization, leveraging market insights, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to fuel profitable growth. You will shape a rolling three-year global product strategy and financial plan across key markets (US, EMEA, Korea, Japan), define compelling product positioning, and ensure successful launches in partnership with Design, Development, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and international teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of and engaging third party golfer research for psychographic and demographic segmentation, product demands and performance. The ideal candidate excels at translating consumer and competitive insights into actionable strategies, leads best-in-class product development processes, delivers impactful presentations to stakeholders and key accounts, and builds strategic partnerships that elevate brand presence and accelerate global adoption. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) required with a strong academic track record 5–7+ years of success in Product Management, Product Line Management, Category Management, Business Operations, or Marketing Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills Experience with PLM systems preferred; high proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and recommendations Solid understanding of the golf industry and strong knowledge of the game Experience analyzing product performance, forecasting demand, and managing profitability Ability to travel domestically and internationally; valid passport required; flexibility to work off-hours to support global teams Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Our Commitment to You At Acushnet Company, we are committed to helping our associates thrive both personally and professionally.
