Warley Park Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Assistant Greenkeeper to join the course team at one of Essex’s most established golf venues.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the golf and sports turf industry while working as part of a forward-thinking organisation with long-term investment plans and a strong focus on course standards.
You will work closely with the Course Manager and wider team to help deliver excellent playing conditions year-round across all areas of the golf course.

We are looking for someone who:
Has a strong work ethic and positive attitudeTakes pride in producing high-quality workWorks well within a team environmentHas a genuine interest in golf course maintenanceHolds relevant greenkeeping qualifications (preferred but not essential)Has experience operating turf machinery (preferred)Is reliable, punctual, and willing to learnWhether you are already working within the industry or looking to further develop your career in greenkeeping, we would like to hear from you.
