Lead Line Cook – Onsite Resort Kitchen

The Cook II at Shanty Creek Ski and Golf Resort LLC is responsible for supervising and working with Cook III and Steward to prepare, cook, and serve food following specification sheets. This role ensures high quality, consistent dishes and professionally addresses guest concerns. Responsibilities include setting up the line, preparing meals per recipes, rotating and storing food safely, and coordinating with the team to ensure smooth operations.
