Having fun at work and providing golf course conditions that are experienced by guests from all over the country and world is incredibly rewarding. Responsibilities: Precise mowing of greens, fairways, tee boxes, rough and around lodge and cottages Edging, raking, and other duties including sand trap maintenance Pulling weeds, trimming trees & shrubs, mulching beds throughout the course and clubhouse Grounds cleanup on course and around clubhouse, including limbs, sticks, trash, etc. Assist in cleanup and maintenance of equipment Make repairs to irrigation system as needed and learn operation of system Change cups and move tee markers Trims trees, prunes shrubbery, and cultivates shrubs and flowers Assist in project work to including but not limited to construction of greens, tees, and fairways; prepare soil base; lay sod and seed tees, greens and fairways Perform other duties as directed by supervisor Qualifications/Skills: Personable, positive & professional attitude Detail & task oriented Excellent communication skills Ability to follow instructions and be team oriented Working knowledge of grass management principles Ability to operate motorized equipment safely and properly Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time, outside in all types of weather conditions Be able to lift 50 lbs. multiple times a day This position requires stooping, kneeling, bending, turning and reaching Check us out on Instagram or Facebook at @arcadiabluffs or visit our website for more company information at www.arcadiabluffs.com Equal Opportunity Employer Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Retirement plan Work Location: In person
