Responsibilities Assist in managing daily golf operations, including tee sheet coordination and pace of play monitoring Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and visitors, ensuring a memorable experience Support the planning and execution of golf events, tournaments, and special outings Supervise staff members, including caddies, starters, and other team members, fostering teamwork and high standards Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper financial records Contribute to operational management by maintaining course readiness, equipment upkeep, and safety protocols Assist with instructional programs by supporting lessons, clinics, and junior golf activities Requirements Previous experience in a golf or hospitality environment is highly preferred Strong leadership skills with experience supervising staff or teams Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with guests and team members Knowledge of event management and venue operations is advantageous Ability to manage shift schedules, handle cash accurately, and support operational decisions Demonstrated customer service excellence with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills Join us to elevate the guest experience through energetic leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for golf!
