<p>About the Club:<br />Opened in 2005 and quickly regarded as the “must play” in Louisiana, The Atchafalaya offers the perfect opportunity for a golf getaway or complete corporate outing.</p> <p><br />Celebrated designers, Von Hagge, Smelek, and Baril, recognized for Le Golf National, Doral, LaCosta, and the TPC at Woodlands, crafted notable features, including dramatic elevations with spectacular views of the Atchafalaya Basin. Each of the 18 championship holes is named for a cultural feature within<br />the Basin.</p> <p><br />The Atchafalaya is appreciated by golfers of all skill levels for its exceptional course conditioning and expansive greens, including the unique “common green,” shared by holes #9 and #18 overlooking our clubhouse.</p> <p><br />The 7,533-yard, public course is surrounded only by nature and uniquely landscaped exclusively with trees, shrubs, and aquatic plants indigenous to the Atchafalaya Basin.
