Head Golf Course Superintendent- Kearney, Nebraska

Kearney Country Club is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Head Golf Course Superintendent  to lead all aspects of golf course maintenance and agronomic operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a superintendent who takes pride in producing exceptional playing conditions while working closely with club leadership to continually improve one of central Nebraska's premier private golf facilities. The successful candidate will be an active member of our management team and have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our golf course and member experience. Degree or certificate in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of golf course management expereience (Head Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent ready for advancement) GCSAA Class A Member preferred Nebraska pesticide applicator license or a reasonable ability to obtain Strong understanding of irrigation systems & water management Budget Management Experience Excellent leadership and communication skills
