Member Experience Concierge | Club Front Desk

New Albany Country Club in New Albany, OH is seeking a part-time concierge to work at the front desk in the clubhouse. The Concierge will provide exceptional customer service to members and guests and support front desk operations. The role includes greeting guests, handling inquiries, coordinating transportation, dining room rentals, reservations, and member services.
