Duties

Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Future POS Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining or bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change. Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience through excellent customer service. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns quickly and professionally. Assist with catering, banquet, or nightclub events as needed, ensuring seamless service during large or special occasions.

Skills

Proven experience in food service environments such as restaurants, fine dining establishments, nightclubs or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Future POS for efficient order processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without compromising quality. Demonstrated ability in sales techniques to upsell menu items and increase revenue opportunities. Deep understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
