Pay: $25.00/hour (Restaurant) | $28.00/hour (Banquets)

Talon Tribe
Bartenders do more than mix drinks—they create welcoming experiences for our members and guests. Whether serving signature cocktails, recommending menu favorites, or remembering a member's favorite beverage, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service every shift. As a Bartender, you'll:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and Club standards.
Build relationships with members by providing personalized, attentive service.
Make menu and beverage recommendations, including wine, cocktails, appetizers, entrées, and desserts.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
Follow all Club policies and local and state laws regarding the responsible service of alcohol.
Communicate member feedback or service concerns to the Manager on Duty.
Assist with inventory, stocking, and other operational duties as needed. Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about hospitality.
Professional, dependable, and service-focused.
Previous bartending or serving experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of standard cocktail recipes, wine, beer, and responsible alcohol service.
Weekend and holiday availability is required. Stand and walk for extended periods (5-13 hours per shift).
Bend, reach, stretch, climb stairs, and move efficiently throughout the shift.
Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Competitive hourly pay
