Full Time Seasonal Bartender - Jupiter, FL Flexibility of hours is required OVERVIEW: The bartender is responsible for the service of alcoholic beverages. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Takes drink orders, mixes and serves promptly.Meets and greets Members and guests, preferably by name.Places orders into point of service (POS) computer.Maintains bar, wine cabinet and liquor room in clean and orderly fashion.Is responsible for the cleanliness of the Lounge area.Keeps bar properly stocked at all times.Maintains service bar for dining rooms.Serves cocktails to tables when needed.Washes glasses and other bar equipment as necessary.Stocks glassware in orderly fashion.Prepares garnishes for mixed drinks.Responsible for bar inventory as requested.Cleans and maintains ice bins.Receives liquor, beer and wine deliveries and stores in liquor room.Must be aware of menus and specials in order to suggest various dishes and wines.Gives check to member and receives signed check as payment.Follows F&B standard operating procedures.Assists in training new staff.Assists service team as needed - clearing, resetting, serving, etc.Must be energetic, self-motivated and positive team player that takes personal pride in providing superior customer service.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned Jonathan's Landing Golf Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug Free Workplace Club Background and Experience is preferred.
