Lead Golf Development Coach

Tee Box Louisville is a premium, membership-based golf player development club seeking a PGA Professional or accomplished instructor to build a lasting program from the ground up. You will work with TrackMan, PuttView, and Sportsbox AI 3D to drive personalized coaching and long-term member relationships. You'll lead leagues, junior programs, and events while aligning movement, mobility, and golf performance. This is a growth-focused, high-ownership role in a collaborative environment.
