Golf Fitness Coach

<p><strong>About the Company:</strong></p> <p>Founded by Joe Sheren and Tommy Asuma in 2011, SMART Golf &amp; Fitness Instruction is a golf instruction and fitness training company with two locations in Illinois. SMART teaches and trains golfers who are looking to take their games to the next level. Each member of SMART Golf &amp; Fitness receives their own personalized improvement plan and works exclusively with their own Golf Instructor and their own Fitness Coach. Members utilize the facility for golf lessons, personal training, practice sessions, and gym usage. In summer 2019, SMART opened a brand new 11,000 square foot indoor facility in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. The facility features the following amenities to its members and guests:</p> <ul> <li>Seven Trackman golf simulators</li> <li>State-of-the-art gym</li> <li>1,000 sq. ft. indoor putting green</li> <li>SAM PuttLab putting studio</li> <li>Full service retail shop featuring custom equipment as well as golf and fitness merchandise</li> <li>Player’s Lounge that can accomodate simulator golf leagues and private events</li> <li>Conference room for meetings, board retreats, and small events</li> <li>Two massage therapy rooms</li> <li>Men’s and Women’s locker rooms</li> </ul> <p>For more information about SMART Golf &amp; Fitness Instruction please click <a href="https://smartgolffitness.com/">HERE.</a></p> <p><strong>Position Description:</strong></p> <p>The Fitness Professional will report to the Director of Fitness and be responsible for coaching private, semi-private, and small group fitness sessions utilizing state-of-the-art fitness equipment and technology, growing a healthy clientele, and monitoring the financial performance of your session book. The Fitness Professional will be self-motivated and will continue to place an emphasis on facilitating relationships with current members and guests, as well as any future clients.</p>
