Coastal Alabama Golf (Craft Farms Golf Resort/Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club) owned by The United Company, is the premier source for golf vacations along the Alabama Gulf Coast. We represent Craft Farms and Peninsula, and now offer on-site lodging at The Bunkhouse, a 6-bedroom/6-bath lodge located at Craft Farms. We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Tee Time and Lodging Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on answering inbound calls, booking tee times, reserving room nights at The Bunkhouse, and helping guests plan memorable golf vacations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Book tee times at Craft Farms & Peninsula (with other courses potentially inside a golf package)
Reserve room nights at The Bunkhouse and coordinate lodging
Create and sell complete golf vacation packages tailored to guest needs
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge about courses, lodging, and local amenities
Maintain accurate reservation records and follow up with guests as needed
Assist with other sales and administrative duties to support the team
Qualifications
Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, reservations for golf and or hotel are preferred
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work accurately under moderate call volume
Comfortable using reservation/booking software and basic computer systems
Positive, professional attitude and genuine enthusiasm for golf and hospitality
Reliable and available for fluctuating shifts (Some weekends/holidays required)
