In 2019, Acushnet Company partnered with KJUS, joining our brand with other fantastic labels like Titleist, FootJoy, Scotty Cameron, and Vokey.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>KJUS | Sales Representative (CO, ID, SD, MT, ND, NM, UT, WY)</strong></p> <p>Full-time – Remote (Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, Utah)</p> <p>Salaried, Exempt</p> <p>$75-85k plus 20% bonus potential</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsible for direct communication with customers and consumers by providing superior sales services. Properly ensure consistent communication of products, programs, availability, and lead time information while coordinating special projects with the customer service team.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Account Management (50%)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain active and close relationships with accounts in territory and provide highest customer support</li> <li>Manage and maintain database for all accounts assigned and act as customer service liaison for territory accounts</li> <li>Attend seasonal sales meetings &amp; sales retreats</li> <li>Support sales and other territory reps as necessary to provide event coverage in other regions</li> <li>Coordinate and support inside customer service and marketing team with quick responses in order to support seamless operations and top-level service of accounts</li> <li>Ensure that sales targets and tournament goals are met within territory in a sustainable manner</li> <li>Support merchandising and ensure that KJUS product at POS in store is looking premium and well-branded at all times</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Account Development (50%)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Seek potential new distribution opportunities with viable clients that align with KJUS brand and business criteria, always planned and mutually decided with Western US Sales Manager &amp; Leadership team</li> <li>Execute seeding program in accordance with the KJUS guidelines</li> <li>Plan, execute, and attend customer and retail events including trunk shows, tournaments, and in-store selling to increase sales</li> <li>Actively represent brand at ski events and retail partner locations to increase brand awareness, sell-through, and account growth</li> <li>Provide regular feedback to US Sales Manager including weekly calls, planning discussions, and activity reports</li> <li>Conduct account analysis to effectively assist with digital order proposals and sell tournaments to accounts</li> <li>Manage territory with seasonal sell in &amp; in-season account support for both Golf &amp; Ski partners</li> <li>Attend tradeshows to introduce seasonal line to accounts and assist in merchandising and purchasing decisions</li> <li>Prepare for and host product knowledge trainings for accounts</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or in a professional business environment</li> <li>Strong relationship building and maintaining skills</li> <li>ERP/SAP experience</li> <li>RepSpark experience preferred</li> <li>Extended periods of time sitting and/or standing, occasional lifting</li> <li>Frequent Travel</li> <li>Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)</li> <li>A passion for outdoor sports industry</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>15 days vacation</li> <li>12 paid holidays</li> <li>6 sick days</li> <li>Medical</li> <li>Dental</li> <li>Vision</li> <li>401k</li> <li>…and more!</li> </ul>
