Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our outdoor spaces, ensuring that they remain attractive and functional. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and general upkeep of the property. The Maintenance Person will work with both hand tools and power tools to perform their duties effectively.
Responsibilities
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging golf course property.
Irrigate and maintain golf course areas to promote healthy plant growth.
Utilize power tools and hand tools for various maintenance activities.
Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
Assist in the installation and repair of irrigation systems as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all tools and equipment used in maintenance activities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Experience
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with lawn care techniques and garden maintenance practices is a plus.
Ability to operate various power tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.
A willingness to learn new skills related to landscape management and maintenance practices is essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 42.0 per week
