Assistant Superintendent – Golf Course Turf & Operations

The Country Club of Pittsfield is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to work closely with the Superintendent and agronomy leadership to oversee daily golf course maintenance, staff development, and turf health initiatives.

Responsibilities include planning and executing maintenance operations, leading staff, applying chemicals and fertilizers with proper recordkeeping, monitoring turf conditions, and supporting irrigation system operations.
