Cress Creek Country Club is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our Golf Operations Team. This position plays an important role in delivering exceptional service to our Members and Guests while supporting the daily operations of one of the premier private clubs in the Chicagoland area.
Position Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to Members and Guests.
Assist with daily golf shop operations and tee sheet management.
Process tee times and customer reservations.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for golf shop transactions.
Assist with merchandising, inventory control, and retail sales.
Arrange and display golf shop merchandise.
Assist with packing, unpacking, and receiving golf merchandise and supplies.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional golf shop environment.
Assist with daily cash reconciliation and member charge procedures.
Support tournament and event operations as needed.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn club software systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Golf knowledge is preferred but not required.
Schedule Requirements
Flexible scheduling available.
Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day.
