The General Manager will be responsible for leading the successful operation of St Johns Golf & Country Club under the Troon brand. Responsibilities entail the entirety of the operations, including P&L responsibility and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess a proven history of leading high-performing teams, ensuring a sales and service-centric culture, and creating positive business results and client satisfaction. **General Purpose**: Manages all aspects of the Club including its activities and the relationships between Troon Golf, members, guests, associates, community, government, and industry.
