About Escondido Golf & Lake Club
Escondido Golf & Lake Club is a private, member-owned club set in the Texas Hill Country along the shores of Lake LBJ in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. Our grounds are one of our most defining features — a living reflection of the standard we hold ourselves to every day. We operate at a level where craft matters, pride in place is shared, and every detail is intentional.
About the Role
We are hiring a Superintendent of Horticulture & Grounds to lead the ornamental landscape and grounds presentation across all of our non-golf properties. This is a working leadership role — you will be in the soil alongside your crew of three, not managing from a desk. You will report directly to our Director of Agronomy and serve as a peer to our Golf Course Superintendent, coordinating resources, programs, and standards across the full property.
If you are a trained horticulturist with a superintendent's operational instincts and you lead by example, this role was built for you.
