The Golf Membership Events Lead Coordinator role at The Biltmore Club is a vital supervisory position responsible for ensuring smooth and successful execution of all membership events and club experiences related to golf. This role acts as a brand ambassador, elevating member satisfaction through outstanding service, engagement, and coordination. The position reports directly to the Director of Golf Operations and works closely with golf management, food and beverage, and banquet teams to deliver flawless golf member activations. The Coordinator's responsibilities encompass building and maintaining strong relationships with members, handling service recovery effectively, and upholding club standards with professionalism and respect. This role requires a proactive approach to managing the annual calendar of social and membership events, collaborating with various departments on event orders, and overseeing clubhouse food and beverage operations to guarantee exceptional quality and compliance.

With a minimum of two years' experience in hospitality, events, or club operations, and a preferred associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, this role offers the opportunity to grow and make a significant impact within a prestigious private club environment. • Minimum of two years of related experience in hospitality, events, or club operations
