Lead Golf Course Superintendent

The Arizona Small Business Association - ASBA is hiring a Golf Course Superintendent for Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role involves overseeing one of the Club's seven golf courses and ensuring exceptional playing conditions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in golf course management and strong agronomic expertise. Your responsibilities will include developing agronomic programs, managing budgets, and leading a team while collaborating with the Director of Agronomy. A degree in agronomy or turfgrass science is preferred.
