Designed by legendary golf course architect Tom Fazio, the parkland-style, 18-hole championship public golf course at The Frog Golf Club opened in 1998 to high acclaim. The Frog, managed by Bobby Jones Links, is recognized among the top courses in Georgia and is located just 40 miles from downtown Atlanta off I-20 in Villa Rica. The course is complete with bentgrass greens and expansive bunkering and has also attained status as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. The Frog Golf Club is hiring for Line/Prep Cooks. This position's primary responsibilities include: Follows standards to ensure consistency in food taste and presentation. Prepares meats, seafood, vegetable, and other items required for the line. Carefully follows standard recipes when preparing all items. Uses food preparation equipment according to manufacturer's instructions. Ensures that all restaurant staff are familiar with the key ingredients, preparation, and taste of all menu items. Works closely with the front of the house service team to ensure expedient ticket times, excellent food quality, and proper plate presentation. Incorporates safe work practices and safe food handling standards. Demonstrates safety with all aspects of the operation. Handling all equipment safely. Required Skills Strong multi-tasking skills. Team player. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
