Position: Outside Service Staff Ed Oliver Golf Club , located in Wilmington, DE , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Outside Service Staff ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization.

As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Key Responsibilities:Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lotAssists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outingsProvides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaningMaintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop areaMaintains the cart storage area and cart washdown area in a neat, clean, and orderly conditionPrepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon GolfAssists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play, and similar guidelinesAssists players by changing their golf spikes, if neededPerforms range maintenance, including stocking the practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies, and ball pyramids, and maintaining ball inventory over the course of the dayDirects the start of play when necessaryMaintains accurate records of golfers renting clubsServices customers renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon returnAssists with food and beverage activitiesCleans golfers' clubs upon completion of playIncorporates safe work practices in job performancePerforms other duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED; and six months to one year of customer service experience or trainingMaintains regular and reliable attendanceBenefits & Other Compensation:This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.About Troon:Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world’s largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
