Description Reports To: Outside Services Supervisor Directly Supervises: Does not supervise Classification: Part-Time / Non-Exempt Working Hours: Flexible Work Schedule Job Summary The Outside Services staff provides extraordinary guest services to golfers at the bag drop and are responsible for range management. To be successful in this position, you possess the following competencies: initiative, motivation, self-discipline, teamwork and great customer service Essential Job Requirements Be professional in attire, appearance and services to guestsOpen and close the outside operation on a timely basisGreet and assist guests as they as they arrive at the club establishing our “customer friendly” atmosphere.Provide impeccably clean and maintained golf carts to playersMaintain an impeccably maintained facility throughout the dayServices all practice facilities on a continuous basisAssist players as they depart from the clubWork closely with golf staff on all club related activitiesPerform regular maintenance on the golf cart fleet.Comply with all Highlands policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned Job Requirements High School Diploma or GEDMust be available to work Sundays and WednesdaysValid AZ Driver’s LicenseOutstanding customer service skillsAbility to lift 50lbs.
