Senior Golf Course Superintendent

Kids for the Future is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to directly assist the Director in all aspects of the maintenance operation at our Boynton Beach course, reporting to the COO/GM in the Director's absence. This role requires supervising course staff, developing maintenance schedules, managing budgets, and coordinating equipment and irrigation. A Turfgrass Science training is preferred, with knowledge of golf operations, safety, and leadership experience.
