Golf Performance Coach & Facility Lead

About Tee Box

Tee Box is a player development and performance golf facility built around one belief: consistent improvement requires consistent guidance, structure, and accountability. We are not a range. We are not a lesson studio. We are a full-service coaching environment powered by TrackMan, Sportsbox AI, TPI body screening, FORJ AI club fitting, and a proprietary operating system built around member development.

Every member who joins Tee Box gets a development plan, an ongoing coaching relationship, and a community to grow alongside.

About This Role

The Golf Performance Coach & Facility Lead — internally called a Box Pro — is the most important role at Tee Box. You are the face of the facility and the engine behind the entire member experience.

This is not a transactional coaching job. It is a leadership position. You will coach players through a structured development system, run full-bag club fittings with AI-assisted technology, build and manage community events and competitions, and own the business metrics of the facility.

If you have been looking for a role that treats you like the operator you want to be — with real tools, real technology, and a real system behind you — this is it.

Schedule

Full-time. Includes evenings and weekends. Schedule varies by facility.
