Purpose: We are looking for an organized floor manager to supervisor all floor activity and assist in running the restaurant. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting customers, monitoring staff, and scheduling. The floor manager is to be responsible for ensuring that all floor requirements are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting the General Manager in training, developing, and managing the staff.
Responsible for helping fill in any managerial shifts within the restaurant
Participate and help with hiring, compliance, scheduling, inventory, and employee management
Work with the management team to comply with the yearly budget
Help oversee both closing and opening procedures to ensure all standard operating procedures are being met
Ensuring operations run smoothly throughout an entire shift.
Maintain a clean, respectful, and welcoming atmosphere for the guests and employees
Help prepare seasonal menus
Expand upon the existing standard operating procedures to improve the guest experience
Holds a daily pre shift meeting to ensure all staff members are fully educated on everything they need to know for service
Keeps the standard of Railside Golf Club regarding health department regulations
Works directly with the staff to help execute the operational aspects of the restaurant
Complete 100% compliance with all company policies
Perform other related duties assigned by the management team.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior management experience preferred
Bar experience preferred
Open/flexible availability that tends to the needs of the business
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Possess the ability to quickly solve problems
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lead and manage a team of employees
Bring a positive attitude that promotes a team-friendly environment
Possess ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
Strong knowledge of all restaurant operations
