Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Grandfather Golf & Country Club seeks an Assistant Superintendent to join our Agronomic Leadership Team. We are a 36-hole private golf facility and take great pride in our outstanding amenities and top-notch golf courses. In this role, the individual will oversee the day-to-day management of the golf courses, create a yearly agronomic plan, work on future projects, and be involved in all management aspects. This position focuses heavily on working with and through others, building relationships, and following established guidelines closely and accurately. The person in this position must be collaborative and genuinely interested in improving the golf experience on a day-to-day basis. The work environment has a faster-than-average pace, and detailed work is a significant component of this position.
