Responsible for performing food and beverage service to diners while providing excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesPrepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patronsInteract with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinksAssess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendationsMix ingredients to prepare cocktailsPlan and present bar menuCheck customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking ageRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesTransmit orders to bar and kitchenDeliver orders to customersWill be trained to help prepare foodMaintain table settings by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, being alert to customer’s needs.Compute bill utilizing the Point of Sale System and collecting payment from the customer.Stay updated on menu choices, specials, etc.Assist with team members as necessary.Comply with all food and beverage regulationsRequirementsMust be at least 21 years of agePrevious experience as a bartenderPrevious experience as a server preferredExcellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinksPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to keep the bar organized, stocked and cleanRelevant training certificate such as TAM or TIPSFlexible schedules available, positions available year round.Benefits include free golfing privileges, discounts on merchandise, food and beverage.
