Job Title: Golf Cart & Guest Services Attendant Location: Cleveland Country Club (Cleveland, TN) Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Seasonal) Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay + Golf Privileges Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Golf Cart & Guest Services Attendant to join our team at the Cleveland Country Club. As a premier private facility, we take pride in offering our members outstanding amenities and top-tier service. You will be the first and last point of contact for our golfers, ensuring they have an exceptional, luxury experience from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities Member Service: Greet members and guests warmly, assist with loading/unloading heavy golf bags, and provide any needed facility information.Cart Fleet Management: Wash, clean, and sanitize golf carts after every round to maintain our club's high standards. Ensure carts are properly fueled or plugged in to charge.Cart Staging: Prepare and line up clean golf carts daily with scorecards, pencils, tees, and filled sand bottles.Driving Range Maintenance: Pick up range balls using mechanized equipment, wash the balls, and restock range baskets for player use.Facility Upkeep: Maintain total cleanliness of the cart barn, bag drop area, staging grounds, and surrounding club property.Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license to safely operate golf carts.Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude suitable for a private club environment.Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended shifts in varying outdoor weather conditions.Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently (heavy golf bags and ball crates).Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly pay ($9-$12/hour)Complimentary golf playing privileges during designated off-peak hours.Employee discounts on pro shop merchandise and clubhouse food/beverages.A professional, beautiful outdoor working environment with a great team culture.Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discountFlexible scheduleWork Location: In person
