If you’re a motivated golf professional who loves coaching, technology, and helping players improve, we’d love for you to join our team
PGA Member or Associate preferred
Minimum 2+ years experience in golf instruction and club fitting
Experience using launch monitor and video analysis technology preferred (TrackMan, GCQuad, Flightscope, V1 Video etc.)
Strong understanding of swing fundamentals and player development
Strong computer skills including, but not limited to Reservation Systems, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and cameras
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional, dependable, organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Instruction & Player Development
Provide private and group instruction for players of all skill levels
Assist with and help lead junior golf development programs
Support women’s golf player development programs
Build long-term coaching relationships with academy students
Help players improve through structured development plans
Club Fitting
Conduct professional club fittings using launch monitor technology
Analyze player data to recommend optimal equipment to improve player performance
Maintain current product knowledge of club specifications and technologies of heads, shafts, and grips
Provide loft and lie adjustments and re-gripping services.
Organize ordering and delivery of custom equipment to customer with follow up confirming customer satisfaction
Academy Experience
Oversee simulator practice sessions for academy members and guests
Assist managing indoor golf league play and customer service.
Help create a positive, energetic, and improvement-focused environment
Contribute ideas that help grow instruction and player engagement
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
