The Women's Golf Assistant Coach will work under the direction of the head coach and assist with the administration of a successful Division I women's golf program. Responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, and other duties as assigned..Serve as an assistant coach in all aspects of teaching, coaching, evaluating and working with student athletes in the sport of golfCoordinate team travel arrangements, administrative and budget/expensing responsibilities.Assist in overall operations of the UTA Womenand#x2019;s Golf program, creative initiatives and administrationAssisting in all aspects of practice and player developmentPlanning and executing all transportation, lodging, securing travel advances and assisting with team meals and other needs before, during, and follow up.Other duties as assigned.Bachelors degree.One (1) year of coaching experience at the high school level or above, college and professional coaching experience.Successful experience as a professional golfer or graduate assistant or intern in an athletic program is acceptable for up to one-year of the required experience..Masters degree.Two (2) years of experience coaching collegiate setting or two (2) years as a student-athlete participating in collegiate golf.Professional working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
