Golf Maintenance/ Janitorial

About the position

Eagle Crest Resort is hiring for a part time Maintenance position! This is a Janitorial/Light Maintenance position in golf operations. Duties will include sweeping mopping, cleaning multiple bathrooms on 3 courses weekly. Additional maintenance and assistance where needed. Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds and other areas as required.

Responsibilities

Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas with in the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.Regular and reliable attendancePerforms other duties as required.Requirements

Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).Nice-to-haves

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
