Director of Golf Course Maintenance Operations-Travis Club Austin job at TurfNet. Austin, TX. Travis Club outside of Austin, Texas is looking for a Director of Golf Course Maintenance Operations. The Club will begin construction on their new 18-hole golf course in the spring of 2024. This position will work directly with the Vice President of Development during the construction and development phase of the golf course and facilities by: Daily oversight and management of the golf course contractors and subs including monitoring the accuracy of material quantities and billing. Management of the construction budget, timeline and schedule of values. Once the golf course is constructed and open this position will shift their emphasis on the daily maintenance and operation of the golf course at the highest possible level. He/She will continue to work directly with the Vice President of Development and the General Manager to define, communicate and deliver on the approved strategic plan and operational standards for Travis Club. Ensure the golf course delivers on the Travis Club brand promise of high quality, championship-like course conditions, meaning the highest in the industry.
