Head Golf Professional

Rolling Hills Country Club (RHCC), located in Monroe, North Carolina, is seeking an enthusiastic, service-oriented, and experienced Head Golf Professional to lead the club’s golf operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional golf experience, developing strong relationships with members, growing participation in golf programs, and managing the day-to-day operations of the golf shop and golf services.

The Head Golf Professional will serve as a leader within the club’s management team, working collaboratively with the General Manager, golf course maintenance team, and other department heads to promote the club’s mission of providing an outstanding member experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, financial and operational management skills, a passion for teaching the game, and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for golfers of all ages and abilities.
