Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food and beverage service, especially in fast-paced bar, restaurant, or banquet environments, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipesTake accurate food and beverage orders with a positive attitude and enthusiasmUtilize our POS system and other technology efficientlyOperate cash registers and handle cash and credit transactions accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar areaEngage with guests, provide menu and drink recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphereAdhere to all food safety and sanitation regulationsUpsell drinks and promote specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenueEffectively multitask while serving bar guests and dining room patrons simultaneouslyQualifications Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferredExperience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plusStrong time management and multitasking skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitudeKnowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipesExcellent customer service and communication skillsBasic math skills for handling cash and paymentsIf you are a dynamic individual with a flair for bartending/serving and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
