Part-Time Golf Groundskeeper, UTC Athletics (7875)

Job Description The Golf Groundskeeper assists the Golf Player Development Complex Superintendent with general maintenance and upkeep of the UTC Golf Player Development Complex. The focus is to maintain the greens, fairways, and driving range up to the same quality of the courses where the UTC golf teams compete during intercollegiate competition. Responsibilities Mowing greens, fairways, and driving rangeEdging, weed eating, and general hand workRetrieving balls from the driving range and cleaning for re-useGeneral maintenance on the facility and equipmentThe ideal candidate will possess the following:General knowledge of landscape maintenance Skills to operate equipment to fulfill tasks required to keep the Golf PDC in top shapeMust have the ability to follow instructions and guidance from the SuperintendentThis is a part-time 75% FTE position. Qualifications Minimum: Requires a high school diploma and six months of relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
