The DuPont Country Club is currently looking for a full-time Member Dining Manager to join our team in support of our Member Dining department. The Member Dining Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in all Member Dining outlets and for ensuring the most efficient use of resources to achieve those goals.

Minimum two years’ experience in hotel or restaurant managementBeverage experience including inventory, ordering and cocktail creationProficiency with computer and restaurant software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Email, Point of Sale, Social Media, etc.Experience with hiring and trainingExperience with schedule creation and managementProven leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple high-volume outletsHighly organized with excellent customer service skills
