Vardon Independent Operator

Calling golf professionals. You already regrip clubs, talk players through fitting, run tournaments, and take care of members. The Vardon Independent Operator program lets you put those skills to work in a business of your own: delivering Vardon regripping experiences at golf events, selling Vardon products, and earning commissions on sales you bring to Vardon, on a schedule you set.

Vardon is recruiting independent Operators across Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, and California.

Operators may work anywhere in the United States. Operators do not receive an exclusive territory.

What Operators Do • Deliver Vardon regripping experiences at golf tournaments, corporate outings, and charity events. • Sell Vardon products bought at wholesale, at events and to your clients. • Refer sales to Vardon and earn commission on sales you bring to Vardon. • Run every sale through the Vardon Operator portal, where you schedule events, place orders, and charge clients. • Keep your Vardon certification current, deliver to Vardon's quality standards, and use Vardon grips for Vardon-branded regripping.

Ideal Candidate

• PGA assistant professionals, apprentices, and associates who want to build their own business in golf. • Experience with club repair and regripping, or a strong interest in learning it. Regripping Certification is included in the Operator Package. • Enjoys running events and building relationships with players, members, and tournament organizers. • Organized and entrepreneurial, and comfortable being an independent business owner. • Based in, or willing to work in, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, or California. • Able to provide your own vehicle and carry general liability insurance naming Vardon as an additional insured.

Monthly support (covered by the Monthly Support Fee): • Corporate support: email and Slack access to the Vardon team, ongoing training resources, and Operator updates Vardon Golf | www.vardon.com • Wholesale account: buy Vardon products at wholesale prices set so your margin is about 50% of Vardon's suggested retail price • Vardon goods provided periodically throughout the year

Operator portal : Vardon provides card processing and billing for all sales, collects the funds, and pays you by the 15th of each month with a statement showing every sale and deduction.

How Operators Are Paid

Operators earn a share of event revenue they generate and commissions on sales they bring to Vardon. Exact terms are covered in the Independent Operator Agreement after we speak.

Vardon makes no representation about how many events or sales any Operator will have or how much any Operator will earn. Your results depend on your own effort, market, pricing, and expenses.
