A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222-room hotel all within a 125-acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. Honoring local heritage and artfully reimagined for modern-day elegance, the resort includes residents-only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art well-being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis center, and an 18-hole golf course, bowling and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club. The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found.
About The Role
The Director of Golf is responsible for overseeing all golf operations at The Gardens, the Tom Fazio-designed championship course, while ensuring the highest standards of service, course presentation, programming, and member engagement. This position is a key leader and plays an integral role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for members and guests.
Working closely with club leadership, Discovery Land Company partners, and the golf team, the Director of Golf will lead the day-to-day operation of the golf facility, including tournaments, instruction, retail, membership engagement, staffing, and service delivery. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, an effective communicator, and an inspiring leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering memorable experiences both on and off the course.

What You Will Do
Create and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules to support operational needs and business priorities.Supervise and participate in fertilizer and pesticide applications, ensuring safe and effective practices are followed.Assist in managing payroll and departmental operating budgets.Partner with Golf Operations staff to coordinate tournaments, weather-related closures, and special member requests.Recruit, train, develop, and supervise the golf service team.Oversee the seeding, fertilization, topdressing, soil conditioning, irrigation, and pest and weed control programs for the golf course and practice facilities.Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA standards related to chemical and fertilizer storage, disposal, employee safety, and public safety.Work closely with leaders in Golf Maintenance, Residential Services, and Resort Food & Beverage to maximize the overall member experience.
