About the Role
Assistant General Manager Club Location:
Bear Creek Golf Club - Dallas, TX, a premier public 36‑hole destination minutes from DFW Airport, featuring two Ted Robinson championship courses and an event venue that hosts up to 1,000 guests.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily golf operations across two courses:
tee sheet, pace of play, pro shop, and guest experience.
Lead events team running golf outings, tournaments, and banquets, from sales handoff through day‑of execution.
Partner with sales, F&B, and agronomy to deliver seamless, high‑volume events and daily fee experiences.
Support F&B outlets and banquet catering service and standards alongside F&B Team.
Help achieve revenue and budget targets; monitor labor, cost of goods, and daily financials.
Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff; manage the club in the GM's absence.
Qualifications 3+ years of leadership in golf operations, hospitality, or event/club management.
Proven experience executing golf outings, tournaments, and/or large events.
Strong financial acumen and comfort with POS/tee sheet systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak season.
Preferred:
degree in hospitality/business, multi‑course or resort experience.
