Live Oaks Golf Club, managed by Bobby Jones Links, is an 18-hole, semi-private course designed by John F. Stahl and opened in 1969. The par 71 course sits on 130 acres, and the 200 year old live oak trees provide the setting for the best value for golf in the Jackson Metro area. The club offers a practice area with a chipping green and a putting green, in addition to hitting bays. Live Oaks is hiring for Facilities/Grounds Maintenance. Primary responsibilities include: Pressure wash sidewalks, buildings, patios, and outdoor areas Clean windows, doors, and exterior surfaces Assist with general grounds and facility upkeep Pick up trash, debris, leaves, and other materials Help with basic landscaping and seasonal maintenance Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies Perform minor cleaning, painting, and touch-up work Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable club environment Assist other departments with general labor and maintenance tasks as needed Follow all safety procedures and properly operate basic tools and equipment Required Skills Reliable and hardworking Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Comfortable using basic hand tools and cleaning equipment Previous maintenance, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus but not required PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods standing. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
