Compensation: $18 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM | Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Belle Meade Country Club is looking for an energetic, service-driven Retail Merchandiser & Wellness Desk Attendant to support our Wellness Center and boutique retail area. This role blends front-desk hospitality, fitness floor support, and retail merchandising — all rooted in our STRIVE values: Service, Teamwork, Respect, Initiative, Vibrancy, and Empower.
What You’ll Do
Greet and sign in members; answer phones and provide friendly assistance.
Maintain cleanliness of fitness equipment and Wellness Center spaces.
Provide basic instruction on equipment use and ensure a safe workout environment.
Order, stock, and inventory merchandise; rotate product and reduce shrink.
Set up displays, signage, and promotional merchandise.
Steam, prepare, and organize apparel.
Achieve monthly and annual retail revenue goals.
Report equipment issues and support overall Wellness operations.
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, service-focused personality with strong attention to detail.
Customer service or retail experience preferred; training provided.
CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and work in cooler fitness-center temps.
Knowledge of fitness equipment is a plus.
