Role Description
This is full‑time remote or hybrid contract work. You will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing land records, and interpreting complex leasehold title. Please do not submit your resume if you have only worked surface or mineral title.
Qualifications
Experience in complex leasehold title workAbility to calculate working net revenue and overriding royalty interestsAn understanding of JOAs and how they affect interestsFluent in operating Excel spreadsheets, Dropbox, and online document search enginesExcellent research and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyWillingness to communicate swiftly and honestlyStrong organizational and time management skillsIndustry certifications such as RPL or CPL would be beneficialSeniority levelMid‑Senior level
