Part-Time Bartender

Description: Bartenders at Westmoor Country Club provide exemplary beverage service to our members and their guests for a la carte dining, special events, and private functions. Experience is preferred and experience in a private club or resort setting is a plus; however, in-house training is available.

Part-time (20 to 25 hours per week on average) positions are available with an opportunity for overtime and/or extra shifts during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

Process and prepare beverage orders on a timely basisProfessionally and effectively communicate with members and fellow employeesWorking knowledge of menus and point-of-sale systemMaintain high standards of quality and sanitationEnsure member charges are accurateAssist with setting up and stocking bars, washing barware, receiving product, organizing storage areas, and any other miscellaneous duties required to maintain bar areas

Requirements: Active bartending license for the City of BrookfieldFlexible work schedule; able to work varying shifts to include holidays, weekends, and eveningsEnthusiasm for providing personal, professional, and welcoming service to members and guestsWillingness to work as part of a teamAble to lift up to 50 poundsWilling to perform other job-related duties as assignedAbility to work calmly, efficiently, and professionally in a sometimes busy and stressful restaurant-type setting
